How do I brush my pet's teeth for the first time?
Start slow. Let your pet sniff and lick a small amount of enzymatic toothpaste off the finger brush before attempting any brushing. Gently lift the lip and brush in small circles along the outer teeth and gumline for 30 seconds per side, working up to a full minute over the first week.
Are Jasper brushes safe for puppies and kittens?
Yes. Our 360° finger toothbrush is made from soft, food-grade silicone that's gentle on developing gums and baby teeth. We recommend starting the brushing habit as early as 8 weeks old to build a lifelong routine.
How often should I brush?
Veterinarians recommend brushing your pet's teeth daily for the best plaque and tartar control. If daily isn't realistic, aim for at least 3 times a week to still see a meaningful improvement in dental health.
